- 4–5 slices gluten-free bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Cut gluten-free bread into small chunks.
- Spread pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
- Let bread cool completely before blending.
- Pulse in a food processor to desired consistency.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
Notes
For extra crunch, toast the crumbs in a dry pan before using. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
