Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted, pour in the eggs.
- Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, moving them from the edges to the center.
- Continue stirring until the eggs are just set but still slightly soft.
- Remove from heat immediately and season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra creaminess, stir in an additional tablespoon of butter right before removing the eggs from the heat.
