  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle half of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Add avocado, feta cheese, and toasted nuts.
  5. Pour the remaining dressing over the top and toss gently.
