Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and dice apples. Toss with cinnamon and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in brown sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
